Hello, vast expanses of the Internet. Just wanted to say hi and post a quick update on what I’ve been up to.

First things first: I’ve finishing reading and doing some editing on a short story I wrote, that was on the back of my mind for quite some time now. I’m still going to give it a couple of weeks before I read it again and decide if I like it enough to publish.

I’ve been also working on a new novel. I think it’s a bit more dark and gritty that my debut novella but at the same time romantic and full of steamy stuff. It’s a story I also wanted to tell but this time I’m letting it flow a bit more freely. I started by trying to outline everything but I felt I was constraining the story too much. So, instead I’ve decided to let it speak to me. So far, so good: I’m liking what I’ve been able to put into digital paper and hope to finish it in the next two weeks.

Finally, I’ve pulled myself together, turned the Internet, PlayStation and TV off and focused on my reading. So, I’ve been able to finish Nevada Highlander from the awesome Erin O’Quinn and I must say I’ve enjoyed it a lot. You can read my review on Goodreads.

That’s all for now. Happy World Book Day! Keep reading books and helping your favorite author, be it by buying books (yes, please) or simply by writing a small review.

Stay happy, people 🙂
